In the emergency that caused the collapse in the Cancun-Playa del Carmen Federal Highway, Grupo Experiencias Xcaret has implemented an operation to ensure visitors’ tours that are scheduled for this Thursday August 27th are realized.
Sixty-four units of ground transportation were mobilized through route Cancun-Nuevo Xcan-Playa del Carmen to ensure guests’ visits to Xcaret, Xplor, and Xel-Há parks.
In this way we attended more than 90% of the reservations confirmed for this day. Only the hotels located directly around the affected area were unable to be attended (Catalonia Maroma, Browning Royale, Ibero Paraiso Maya, Iberostar Paraiso del Mar, Iberostar Paraiso Lindo, Secrets Maroma, Valentín Imperial and Vidanta).
Visitors with tour reservations that went unattended have the option of rescheduling their visit for a later date, so that they don’t lose the opportunity for maximizing their stay at the Cancun-Riviera Maya destination.
