Excellence in tourism services takes a step forward with the signing of three agreements between Grupo Xcaret and Profeco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Integration into Concilianet and Conciliaexpr\u00e9s will enable faster, digital, and more satisfactory service processes for visitors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Xcaret, Riviera Maya, February 20, 2026. Grupo Xcaret and the Federal Consumer Prosecutor’s Office (Profeco) formalized the signing of three collaboration agreements, solidifying a strategic alliance aimed at strengthening service excellence, transparency, and consumer satisfaction within the tourism sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the formal ceremony, both institutions reaffirmed their commitment to working in coordination to ensure consumer relationships based on service excellence, for the benefit of those visiting Grupo Xcaret\u2019s parks, hotels, tours, ferry service, and Vacation Club.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The signed agreements include an institutional collaboration agreement to strengthen service and customer care standards; Grupo Xcaret\u2019s integration into the Concilianet system, allowing consumers to access digital conciliation mechanisms; and its incorporation into Conciliaexpr\u00e9s, a tool that streamlines inquiries and facilitates the rapid, transparent resolution of potential disputes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Iv\u00e1n Escalante Ruiz, the Federal Consumer Prosecutor, stated that the agency holds a constitutional mandate to promote and protect consumer rights. “Our historic commitment is unwavering: to ensure fairness and legal certainty in consumer relationships, fostering ethical and responsible business practices.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Escalante Ruiz highlighted the key elements of each of the three agreements: the first is a general collaboration to adopt good business practices; the second is the incorporation into Concilianet, ensuring that notifications, summons, and conciliation resolutions are handled with transparency and security; \u2026and the agreement for permanent incorporation into the Conciliaexpr\u00e9s<\/em> program will allow disputes between the provider and consumers to be resolved immediately\u2014via telephone or electronically\u2014without the need for lengthy procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through these measures, Grupo Xcaret continues to raise its quality standards and solidify its commitment to delivering excellent visitor service, thereby strengthening the trust that distinguishes it within Mexico\u2019s tourism and hospitality sectors. Simultaneously, the Government of Mexico, through Profeco, is promoting innovative institutional tools that guarantee the effective protection of consumer rights nationwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
