The Festival of Life and Death Traditions is part of Grupo Xcaret\u2019s ongoing efforts to promote Mexico’s intangible cultural heritage, contributing to the preservation of a celebration recognized by UNESCO in 2008 as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each year, the “Festival of Life and Death Traditions” renews itself without losing its essence; this is achieved through the participation of the bearers of ancient traditions, who represent the roots of our nation. “Day of the Dead at Xcaret is not just a show; it is a profound cultural experience rooted in our country’s collective memory, renewed each year by the living presence of those who carry on these traditions,” added Aguerrebere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n As part of the special programming, the festival will conclude on a high note on November 2nd with a highly anticipated concert by Los \u00c1ngeles Azules at Xcaret Park\u2019s Gran Tlachco Forum.
